NEW LOOK in Manchester is seeking a Supervisor to lead the team in delivering a seamless Omnichannel customer journey both in-store and online. You will coach and develop the team, inspire in-store visuals, and embed our Service Promise across the store.

You will work to reflect local market needs, support charity initiatives and uphold the brand values of Customer Obsessed, Play to Win, It Starts With Me and We Are One.

Qualifications

• Confident with people and able to deliver a great customer experience.
• Understand the core customer in the local market.
• Passionate about fashion and current trends.
• Retail experience is valuable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop the team to deliver a seamless Omnichannel journey in-store and online.
• Coach the team on YATD techniques with regular feedback.
• Inspire visual journeys in-store with layout, merchandising and mannequins.
