Job summary

New Look Exeter is seeking a Supervisor to lead a small team and deliver an outstanding omnichannel shopping experience. You will work with management to model our Service Promise and brand values, ensuring customers feel they are shopping with one brand, whether in-store or online.

The role focuses on coaching staff, driving KPI performance, delivering great store standards, visual merchandising, and supporting charity and community initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in omnichannel retail environments preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a track record of developing teams.
• Excellent customer focus and ability to translate brand values into everyday service.

Responsibilities

• Develop the team to deliver a seamless omnichannel customer journey across store and online channels.
• Coach and develop staff on selling techniques and product recommendations to build customer trust.
• Lead visual merchandising efforts including layout, windows and mannequins to reflect the local market.
