Job Title : Omnichannel Operations Analyst

ECOMMERCE OPERATIONS

  • Ensure orders are fulfilled timely and meet required standards.
  • Monitor and coordinate DC's incoming stock.
  • Liaise with Customer Service and the Ecommerce team to provide fast and tailored solutions to customers’ issues.
  • Maintain the ecommerce platform in a tidy and orderly manner.
  • Ensure supplies are sufficient for the business and correctly distributed to different channels (e-commerce, retail, wholesale, outlet).
  • Serve as point of reference for last-mile carriers used for Max Mara Digital distribution.
  • Train, support, and coordinate staff in daily activities (shipping, returns processing, stock handling).

WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS

  • Liaise with warehouse staff to manage stock: receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely delivery of goods.
  • Plan, organize, and control overall warehouse operations.
  • Set targets for improvement.
  • Manage staff development through internal/on-job training.
  • Implement cost-efficient principles to meet company budgets in warehouse activities.

STORES OPERATIONS

  • Support seasonal activities like inventories, relabeling, End Of Season returns.
  • Support daily activities such as B2C / B2E, goods receiving, and transferring.
  • Investigate and resolve shortages, overages, discrepancies in incoming stock.
  • Provide packaging/hardware according to store needs.
  • Ensure stores recall new stock promptly.
  • Ensure staff follow procedures and are properly trained.

IT INFRASTRUCTURE AND HELPDESK FIRST LEVEL

  • Build a local suppliers network for networks and hardware, respecting budgets, to localize procurement.
  • Ensure networks, hardware, and IT infrastructure are up-to-date, efficient, and support business operations.
  • Manage store tickets, organize/distribute based on priorities and SLAs.
