New Look in St Albans is seeking a Sales Advisor to implement an Omnichannel shopping experience and deliver our Service Promise. You will be part of a supportive team that values each other while helping customers look and feel great, both in-store and online.

You will inspire customers with fashion knowledge, stay on-trend, and contribute to store performance while upholding brand values and delivering outstanding service every day.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service and creating a memorable customer experience.
• Strong communication skills to engage customers and convey fashion advice.
• Able to understand local customers and connect with the community.
• Passion for fashion and staying up to date with trends.
• Retail experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service techniques to inspire customers.
• Create a fantastic customer experience that shows your personality.
• Support omnichannel shopping by guiding online and app purchases.
• Engage with local customers and community partners.
• Help maintain great store standards and visual appeal.
• Collaborate with store team to deliver the retail strategy.
• Contribute to Your Voice engagements and represent the store.
• Assist in opening/closing as a key holder when required.
• Support department areas with product knowledge and upsell.
• Assist with VM and floor moves during promotions.
