Job summary

New Look is seeking a Sales Advisor to join our store team in the United Kingdom. You will support the Management team to deliver an Omnichannel shopping experience, combining in-store service with online channels to help customers look good and feel confident.

You will champion brand values, work with colleagues to achieve store targets, maintain visual standards, and engage with the local community and customers through authentic interactions.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Experience in retail is desirable.
• Omnichannel retail familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Inspire customers with service techniques.
• Create a fantastic customer experience and showcase your personal style.
• Support omnichannel shopping by guiding online purchases.
• Engage with local customers and community partnerships.
• Maintain inviting store standards and visual appeal.
• Support Your Voice Representative initiatives in-store.
• Aid in opening/closing as Key Holder and ensure health & safety compliance.
