Job summary

Captify, now part of Verve Group, is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to be the primary liaison between clients/agencies and internal teams. You will manage omnichannel campaigns (OLV, Display, CTV), ensure high-quality execution, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

This hybrid London role requires strong client relationship management, superb organisational skills, and commercial awareness, with three days per week in the Covent Garden office.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in account management or client services in media/advertising
• Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and omnichannel campaigns
• Experience with CRM and reporting tools
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact between clients/agencies and internal teams
• Own end-to-end campaign lifecycle and QA
• Coordinate delivery across internal teams to meet budgets and objectives
• Provide weekly reporting and PCA-level insights
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling services
