Job summary

Insite Finance is seeking an OMB Partner to take genuine ownership of a substantial owner-managed business portfolio and help lead growth for the firm. This is a true equity opportunity with real upside, backed by a strong team and a track record of progression.

The role is advisory by design; you will be the go-to senior voice when answers aren’t straightforward, with a clear path toward ownership rather than a pure portfolio management role.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead adviser to owner-managers and leadership teams on complex, high-value matters.
• Own a substantial OMB portfolio including startups and growing owner-managed businesses.
• Lead advisory engagements from restructuring, succession, to growth planning.
• Build and win new OMB work from existing and prospective clients.
• Coach and develop managers with input into succession planning.
• Sit at the leadership table to steer the firm's OMB strategy and growth.

A successful independent firm is looking for an OMB Partner to take genuine ownership of a substantial owner-managed business portfolio and play a leading role in shaping the firm's next stage of growth.

This role is heavily advisory in nature. You won't be buried in compliance, you'll be the senior voice owner-managers turn to when the answer isn't straightforward.

Where you'll add value

• Taking full ownership of a substantial OMB portfolio, including entrepreneurial start-ups, growing owner-managed companies and established businesses
