INEOS Chemicals Grangemouth Limited is seeking an Olefins Logistics Team Leader to manage the Olefins Logistics and Shipping Team, ensuring the safe, timely and cost-efficient movement of Olefins products. You will oversee pipeline, shipping and terminal contracts to support production and meet customer demand.

The role requires a technical degree, extensive knowledge of chemical supply chains and SAP ERP SD/MM, plus strong leadership and communication skills.

Formación

• Degree in technical or numeric discipline or equivalent industry experience.
• Significant experience in chemical supply chain / olefins shipping.
• Strong business acumen and commercial sense.
• Marine vetting and chartering knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lead under time constraints and multi-task.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Olefins Logistics and Shipping Team to ensure safe, timely and cost-effective movement of Olefins products.
• Manage contracts for pipelines, shipping and terminals to support production and meet customer demand.
• Develop and manage Olefins budget; report spend vs forecast and justify variances.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and optimise shipping costs with trading partners.
• Coordinate with product managers, trading, shipping partners and IT systems to ensure KPI delivery.
