Job summary

Expert Employment Limited is seeking an Administrator to support local oil and gas engineering teams by coordinating requisitioning and procurement activities.

You will liaise with requestors and warehouse to receipt items, prepare documents, and maintain indirect procurement accounts, including user creation. You will also follow up unpaid invoices and provide PO release cover when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Supply Chain or Business related subjects or equivalent experience using SAP ERP systems.
• Experience in similar role working in fast-paced environment.
• MS Office proficient.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with Shopping Cart requesters/ warehouse to ensure items are receipted accordingly.
• Provide clerical support associated with preparing and filing documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Maintaining local indirect procurement accounts and the creation of new users
• Follow up and resolution of unpaid invoices and provide PO release cover where needed.
