Job summary

Oil & Pipelines Agency is seeking an experienced Depot Manager based at Garelochhead, Helensburgh. You will oversee the OFD and Jetty assets, ensure compliance with CoMAH and health and safety, and drive improvements in safety culture and operational performance.

The role involves coordinating with Maintenance Engineering Teams and Health, Safety & Environmental Teams, and occasional travel to other sites. A full driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of management experience in an operational or process-safety role.
• Degree or equivalent professional qualification or experience.
• Competent with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the OFD and Jetty assets to meet health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Ensure Safe Systems of Work and compliance with relevant procedures and legislation.
• Oversee projects and new works, including installations and modifications, with hazard/risk identification.
• Ensure site security resources and systems are in place.
• Deliver Site & Process Safety Improvement Plan.
• Co-operate with HR on Depot HR issues.
• Develop emergency plans and act as Incident Main Controller per corporate plans.
