The Oil and Pipelines Agency is seeking an experienced Depot Manager to lead operations at Garelochhead, ensuring safe and efficient fuel storage and distribution for defence and commercial customers. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, maintenance, and effective stakeholder engagement.

You will work with Maintenance Engineering and HSE teams to meet CoMAH and PSLG requirements, acting as Harbour Master and driving improvements in safety culture within the operation.

Qualifikationen

• Proven leadership in operations or process safety.
• Strong knowledge of CoMAH and EA Containment Policy.
• Experience in oil/petroleum storage environments is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day management, maintenance and operations of the OFD.
• Ensure compliance with Safe Systems of Work and legislative requirements.
• Coordinate with HM forces and stakeholders to maintain service delivery.
• Lead safety culture improvements and drive compliance with the Safety Management System.
• Develop emergency plans and act as Incident Main Controller when required.
• Manage site HR issues in partnership with HR functions.
• Oversee projects, new installations, and lifecycle safety risk assessments.
