Voltage Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced OHL Trainer to join our expanding team. The role involves delivering both mandatory and specialist OHL training across UK projects, assessing competency, and maintaining accurate training records to ensure crews stay compliant and skilled.

The successful candidate will travel to sites nationwide, conduct practical and classroom training, and contribute to the ongoing development of training systems in a safety‑critical environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering OHL training and competency assessments.
• Strong knowledge of OHL construction, maintenance and associated methods.
• Excellent communication with multi-level site personnel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mandatory and specialist OHL training across UK projects.
• Maintain up-to-date competency profiles and training records.
• Conduct linesmen assessments and sign-off personnel where applicable.
• Develop and review training materials and equipment.
