Job summary
Experts Group International in Scotland is seeking an Electrical Site Manager (SMSTS) to oversee Overhead Line installation and related electrical works on renewable energy projects. You will manage operatives, subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams on site, ensuring work is delivered to programme, within RAMS and safety requirements, and that client engagements are represented effectively.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as Electrical Site Manager / Supervisor / Foreman.
- Experience on Overhead Line (OHL) installation projects.
- Strong knowledge of RAMS, permits and site compliance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee OHL installation and associated electrical works.
- Coordinate OHL crews, electrical teams, plant and subcontractors to deliver safely and on programme.
- Monitor progress, identify issues and keep works on schedule.
- Represent works to clients, principal contractors and other trades.
- Ensure compliance with RAMS, safety legislation and site procedures.
