Job summary

ScottishPower, part of the Iberdrola Group, is recruiting for a Transaction Project Manager in Glasgow. You will lead the OFTO divestment process for the UK offshore wind business, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to maximize value and ensure robust governance.

Travel across the UK may be required. The role offers a competitive salary from £59,200 with up to 15% bonus and health cover, plus a flexible working pattern.

Qualifications

• Experience managing due diligence, information memoranda, disclosure processes and data room content.
• Strong commercial judgement with ability to identify risks and opportunities across complex transactions.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with multi-functional teams across the Global Offshore Wind business.
• Oversee data room and vendor due diligence to justify costs.
• Manage information requests from Ofgem, bidders and regulators during the OFTO process.
• Influence cost allocation for offshore projects to ensure efficient incurrence of costs.
• Deliver sub-workstreams within the OFTO transaction workstream and report progress.
