Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions Ltd. in Stevenage is seeking a Registrations and Compliance Manager (OfSTED Projects) to lead preparation and submission of OfSTED registration applications, manage referrals, and support regulatory compliance across registered units.

The role reports to the Senior OfSTED Manager and involves coordinating inspections, liaising with OfSTED and partners, and ensuring documentation accuracy while upholding safeguarding and service quality.

Qualifications

• Proven managerial experience in OfSTED-regulated children's services, care, or regulatory environment.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with a track record of managing complex processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of OfSTED frameworks (desirable – training can be provided).
• Ability to work independently, prioritise workload, and take ownership of tasks.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Take an active lead in preparing and submitting OfSTED registration applications, ensuring documentation is complete and compliant.
• Manage follow-up actions and maintain regular communication with OfSTED and relevant bodies.
• Handle referrals with prompt responses, accurate records, and effective case progression.
• Support Head Office in Sabath contract duties, including oversight, compliance monitoring, reporting, and occupancy management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather information for timely submissions.
• Coordinate inspections, audits, and any required follow-up actions with the Senior OfSTED Manager.
