Job Title: Registrations and Compliance Manager (OfSTED Projects) Location: Nottingham, Employment Type: Full-Time - Permanent (37.5hours/per week) Salary: £60,000

Delphi is a specialist consultancy providing strategic, compliance, and operational support to the care and education sectors. We work closely with providers and regulators to ensure services meet and exceed required standards. We are seeking an organised, proactive, and experienced individual to act as a strong right-hand support to our Senior OfSTED Manager. The role will focus primarily on preparing and submitting registration applications, managing referrals, and assisting with compliance and regulatory matters. The successful candidate will also play an active role in supporting the Head Office function, which includes overseeing and coordinating the management of OfSTED-registered units to ensure smooth alignment between operational and compliance activities. Proven managerial experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Take an active lead in preparing and submitting OfSTED registration applications, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and fully compliant with current requirements.
• Manage follow-up actions and maintain regular communication with OfSTED and other relevant bodies to progress applications efficiently.
• Handle referrals proactively, ensuring prompt responses, accurate record-keeping, and effective case progression.
• Support the Head Office function in fulfilling its duties under the Sabath contract, including operational oversight, compliance monitoring, financial reporting support, and occupancy management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather required information and ensure timely, high-quality submissions.
• Work closely with the Senior OfSTED Manager to coordinate inspections, audits, and any required follow-up actions.
