Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions Ltd. in Nottingham is seeking a Registrations and Compliance Manager (OfSTED Projects). You will act as a strong right-hand support to the Senior OfSTED Manager, coordinating registration submissions, referrals, and compliance matters.

The role requires proven managerial experience in OfSTED-regulated services, excellent organisation, and robust communication to liaise with regulators and internal teams. This is a full-time post based at our Nottingham office.

Qualifications

• Proven managerial experience in OfSTED-regulated children's services or regulatory environment.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with track record of managing complex processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of OfSTED frameworks and regulatory requirements (training can be provided).

Responsibilities

• Take an active lead in preparing and submitting OfSTED registration applications, ensuring documentation is complete and compliant.
• Manage follow-up actions and communicate with OfSTED and other bodies to progress applications.
• Handle referrals with prompt responses, accurate record-keeping, and effective case progression.
• Support Head Office function with operational oversight, compliance monitoring, and reporting support.
• Coordinate inspections, audits, and follow-up actions with Senior OfSTED Manager.
