Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Ofsted consultant to manage client registrations from enquiry to approval, guiding providers through early planning to successful registration.

You will work directly with Registered Managers and Responsible Individuals, turning ideas into compliant, fully functioning services and helping clients open new children's homes or expand existing provisions.

Qualifications

• Regulatory knowledge of Ofsted and quality standards.
• Experience in children's services or residential settings.
• Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities.
• Ability to explain complex requirements clearly.
• Proven project management and multi-project handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients through the Ofsted registration process.
• Review Statements of Purpose, policies and registration documents.
• Support Registered Managers and Responsible Individuals.
• Prepare clients for Ofsted interviews and regulatory challenges.
• Advise on safeguarding, staffing, leadership and governance.
• Review registration documentation and client onboarding; maintain momentum.
• Support business development and service growth across providers.
