Job summary

Chase Medical is seeking an ambitious Registered Manager to lead a brand-new 3-bed children's home in Nuneaton. You will own the opening, support registration, recruit and develop your own team, and shape a trauma-informed, PACE-led culture from day one.

This full-time role offers a £55,000–£70,000 salary (DOE), a hands-on leadership approach, and a supportive organisation committed to wellbeing and development of its staff and the young people in care.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years' experience within an Ofsted-regulated children's residential setting.
• At least 1 year's experience in a supervisory or management role.
• A resilient, proactive leader with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Passionate about achieving exceptional outcomes for children and young people.

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum (DOE)

Hours: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

We're working with a brand new, small, close-knit children's residential care provider in Nuneaton that is looking for an ambitious Registered Manager to lead the opening of a brand-new 3 bed home supporting children with complex behaviours.

The home will support children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties and will operate using a trauma-informed, PACE-led approach. As this is a new home, we are looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of the service, supporting the registration process and helping to establish a positive culture from the outset.

This is a rare opportunity to create something from the ground up. The home is ready to open, giving you the chance to add your own personal touch, build and recruit your own team, and shape the culture before welcoming young people.

Although you'll have the autonomy to make the home your own, you'll never be on your own. The organisation prides itself on supporting every manager and every home, with a hands-on leadership team that genuinely cares about the success, wellbeing, and development of its staff.
