As Registered Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the leadership and operational management of the service. You will be:

• Leading and mentoring the care team to deliver outstanding person-centred support.
• Driving quality and safeguarding standards in line with Ofsted requirements.
• Managing referrals, admissions, compliance, and audits with full regulatory accountability.
• Supporting and developing your team through supervision, training, and clear performance expectations.
• Engaging with local authorities, external partners, and professionals to build strong relationships and pathways for the children in your care.
