Job summary

Bilfinger UK is seeking an Offsite Logistics Coordinator to manage material coordination and storage for a large-scale mechanical project. Based at the PUMA project warehouse on King George Dock, with visits to site to scope planned work, you will ensure timely supply of materials in line with the construction schedule.

You will apply your experience in warehouse/logistics management, inventory control, and SAP/WMS skills to support efficient operations, coordinate inbound/outbound logistics,

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse and logistics management in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and stock management.
• Experience planning, coordinating and managing inbound/outbound logistics.
• Ability to oversee transportation and delivery schedules.
• Experience using WMS and ERP systems.
• Proven ability to lead and develop warehouse teams.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes and HSE regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supply materials for construction activities.
• Manage inbound/outbound logistics between off-site storage and site warehouse.
• Monitor and optimise delivery and storage schedules to align with construction timelines.
• Oversee third-party logistics providers and transport partners.
• Analyse operational data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Maintain strong stakeholder communication across project teams.
