RWE Renewables Wind Services UK is seeking an experienced leader to head the Operations and Maintenance team for the Gwynt y Môr Offshore Wind Farm in Mostyn, North Wales. You will oversee ~20 technicians, coordinate 7-on/7-off shifts, and drive safe, reliable generation across 160 turbines.

You will develop local processes, ensure safety compliance, manage performance reviews, and maintain SAP records. A higher education qualification or offshore wind expertise is required, with proven line

Qualificações

• Higher education qualification or equivalent offshore wind expertise.
• Experience delivering operations and maintenance activities offshore.
• Line management experience with strong leadership and coordination skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Operations and Maintenance teams in planning and prioritising service and maintenance activities.
• Act as the operational decision-maker during assigned shifts, managing risks and resources.
• Manage and develop a team of Lead Technicians, Technicians, Planning and Stores personnel.
• Conduct performance reviews, development discussions and succession planning.
• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance and Planning teams to maximise generation and minimise costs.
• Develop and implement effective local operational processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Safety Rules, statutory legislation, KPIs and incident reporting.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders and operational data in SAP.
