Job summary

RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd. is hiring for a site planning and scheduling lead at the Gwynt y Môr Offshore Wind Farm in Mostyn, North Wales.

You will drive maintenance planning, retrofits and fault response to maximise turbine availability and contractual performance. You will own the CMMS and define SAP-based maintenance strategies, while coordinating with Operations, Engineering, HSE, spares and logistics to ensure readiness and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of offshore operations and maintenance.
• Strong experience with SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Good understanding of SAP PM modules and maintenance scheduling.
• Knowledge of safety systems and HSE legislation.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage changing priorities with attention to detail.
• Methodical, analytical and well-organised approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling of annual maintenance, retrofits and fault response to maximise turbine availability.
• Own the CMMS product and ensure consistent work order management.
• Define maintenance strategies and schedules in SAP.
• Record and allocate site downtime in line with contractual agreements.
• Develop, monitor and report maintenance KPIs including schedule compliance and backlog.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, HSE, spares and logistics teams.
• Lead and develop the shift-based planning team and set expectations.
• Act as main contact for planning and scheduling with stakeholders.
