Job summary

RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd. seeks an experienced leader to manage offshore wind operations, ensuring safety, performance and reliability. You will drive maintenance contracts, coordinate cross-functional teams and optimise generation while balancing cost and risk.

The role requires strong analytics, stakeholder management and regulatory compliance with a track record of leading multidisciplinary teams in the energy sector.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy or related discipline.
• Significant offshore wind operations experience.
• Experience managing OEM maintenance contracts, budgets and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of wind turbine operations and production performance analysis.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and demonstrate safety leadership.
• Strong analytical, communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and compliance across offshore and onshore operations.
• Deliver production and availability targets by monitoring wind farm performance.
• Act as operational owner of the OEM Service & Maintenance Agreement and drive improvements.
• Oversee the SOV-based maintenance model coordinating teams and vessel contractor.
• Improve asset reliability through data-led trend analysis and preventative maintenance.
• Represent the asset owner to OEMs, operators, regulators and internal teams with reporting.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and business cases to improve production efficiency.
• Maintain regulatory assurance and records for offshore safety, permits and audits.
