Job summary

RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd. is seeking a motivated HSE Advisor to join the Rampion Team on offshore operations in the UK.

The role focuses on providing independent health, safety and environmental guidance to line management and operational teams, promoting continuous improvement and a strong We Care ethos. You will support the Rampion team to reduce risks, develop HSE culture, maintain certifiable HSE systems, and liaise with contractors across offshore and related operations.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Certificate required.
• IEMA Foundation Certificate in Environmental Management required.
• Experience implementing certifiable HSE Management Systems.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent HSE advice and guidance to Rampion Team and line management on health, safety and environmental issues.
• Support continual improvement and wellbeing initiatives to ensure positive impact on team members.
• Engage with operational teams to eliminate and reduce risks and develop HSE culture.
• Liaise with internal/external departments to manage contractors' HSE performance.
• Produce, review and update HSE documentation for offshore operations and Rampion team.
• Contribute to annual KPIs, goals and targets for Rampion Team and wider business.
• Carry out workplace inspections onshore and offshore as required.
• Plan, run and record feedback on emergency response drills.
