Job summary

RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd. is seeking a Team Lead Contract Management to lead a UK-based team of Contract Managers, driving high-value contracts through construction and operation stages of offshore wind projects.

You will also act as Senior Contract Manager for selected contracts, delivering strategic commercial guidance and managing risks and opportunities to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in contract management or related disciplines within offshore wind or major construction projects.
• Proven leadership experience in developing and leading teams.
• Strong negotiation, administration and management of high-value/high-risk contracts and claims.
• Ability to identify commercial risks and opportunities and develop mitigation/value strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Hands-on, proactive approach with strong commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and support a team of Contract Managers, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Drive contract and claim management activities across UK offshore wind projects.
• Take responsibility for contract management and procurement for an integrated commercial approach.
• Act as Senior Contract Manager for designated contracts and manage related matters.
• Provide strategic commercial guidance on risks, opportunities and dispute strategies.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Legal, Procurement and Operations to ensure delivery.
• Monitor team performance and deliver KPIs, maintaining strong stakeholder and supplier relations.
