Ørsted in Barrow-in-Furness is hiring a Site Maintenance Team Lead to direct a team of maintenance technicians and translate site plans into safe, daily and weekly execution. Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing teams in an operational, maintenance, engineering, utilities, or safety‑critical environment.
• Understanding safe systems of work and visible safety leadership.
• Ability to coordinate complex operational activities and balance priorities.
• Clear communication with technicians, planners, engineers, contractors, and site stakeholders.
• Experience using performance data to improve execution and asset reliability.

Responsabilités

• Lead the safe and effective execution and closure of planned and corrective maintenance, including documentation and escalation.
• Provide frontline and offshore safety leadership ensuring work follows safe systems and site requirements.
• Coach and develop maintenance technicians with clear objectives and regular feedback.
• Coordinate work packages, people, vessels, tools, materials, site restrictions, and contractors; oversee pre-job briefings.
• Monitor daily/weekly execution, backlog, downtime, and corrective actions; escalate risks promptly.
• Ensure accurate work management and reporting in SAP and related systems.
