Ørsted is seeking a Maintenance Team Lead to head a team of technicians responsible for safe, daily and weekly execution across the site. You will coordinate people, vessels, tools, materials and contractors while developing the team and supporting reliable asset performance.

You will work with the Operations & Maintenance Manager, Planning, Engineering, QHSE, Remote Diagnostics, Logistics, and contractors to deliver planned and corrective maintenance.

Competenze

• Experience leading teams in operational, maintenance, engineering, utilities, or similarly safety-critical environments.
• Understanding of safe systems of work and visible safety leadership.
• Ability to coordinate complex operational activities and balance priorities.
• Clear communication with technicians, planners, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Use of performance information to improve execution and asset reliability.
• Technical training or leadership qualification; offshore wind experience and NEBOSH/IOSH/CMI training beneficial.

Mansioni

• Lead the safe and effective execution and closure of planned and corrective maintenance, including documentation, feedback, and escalation.
• Provide visible frontline and offshore safety leadership, ensuring work follows safe systems, Wind Turbine Safety Rules, quality standards, and site requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians through clear objectives, feedback, competence development, wellbeing support, and succession planning.
• Coordinate operational readiness, including work packages, people, vessels, tools, materials, site restrictions, contractors, and pre-job briefings.
• Monitor daily and weekly execution, backlog, downtime, rework, defects, incidents, observations, and corrective actions, escalating risks promptly.
• Ensure accurate work management and reporting in SAP and related systems, collaborating with Planning, Engineering, and Remote Diagnostics to improve reliability.
