Job summary

ManpowerTalent Solutions Staffing is seeking an Offshore Operator for the offshore well testing operations. The role focuses on safe installation, operation, monitoring, and maintenance of surface well test equipment during offshore testing.

You will support reliable well test services by maintaining equipment, monitoring parameters, and ensuring compliance with HSE requirements. 1+ year offshore experience is preferred, with opportunities for development in a growing company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in an offshore role.
• The right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the rig-up, pressure testing, operation, and rig-down of surface well test equipment.
• Monitor equipment and operational parameters, reporting abnormalities to the Field Specialist.
• Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of well test equipment.
• Support pre-job planning, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
• Maintain equipment and work areas in a safe and serviceable condition.
• Eager to learn and progress.
