Job summary

Ørsted is seeking a skilled professional to lead day-to-day delivery of planned, corrective, troubleshooting, and campaign work within the Transmission team in the UK. You will provide technical guidance to technicians and contractors, coordinate offshore activities, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical qualification, apprenticeship, degree, or equivalent experience.
• Experience supervising technicians, specialists, or contractors and providing clear direction and coaching.
• Ability to maintain accurate, high-quality records in SAP or similar CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate planned, corrective, troubleshooting, and campaign activities.
• Supervise and coach technicians, specialists, and contractors; support competence development.
• Coordinate offshore logistics, tools, equipment, and work-pack readiness with Transmission Manager and support teams.
• Provide immediate technical support; escalate complex issues and contribute to root-cause analysis.
