OEG Energy Group is seeking a experienced Competent Statutory Inspector for offshore wind projects primarily within the UK and Europe. You will perform statutory inspections, oversee crane inspections, and support QA/QHSE activities across multiple assets offshore and onshore, ensuring compliance with LOLER/PUWER and related safety standards.

Qualificações

• 5 years' experience in similar role.
• Statutory Inspection experience.
• Vocational training such as an apprenticeship in mechanical or electrical disciplines.
• Davit Crane Inspection Maintenance and Load Testing with waterbag on models Palfinger, Seasight, Noreq Acta and Granada.
• Nacelle Crane Inspection and Maintenance on models such as Demag DS10, HIAB V2/V4, HMF & Palfinger PCWM3300.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in IT including Microsoft Office and reporting software.
• Good understanding of LOLER/PUWER/PSSR and Fire Safety Regulations.
• Good understanding of calibration and calibration requirements.
• Good understanding of COSHH regulations.
• Relevant crane/service lift training certifications and/or demonstrable experience.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting background (highly desirable).

Responsabilidades

• Conduct statutory inspections in line with LOLER and PUWER.
• Fire Extinguisher Inspection.
• TMSE Inspections.
• PFPE Inspections.
• Loose Lifting Equipment Inspections.
• Inspection of Hydraulic systems (PRVs and accumulators).
• Inspection and Load Testing of WTG nacelle cranes and davit cranes.
• Inspection and Load Testing of man riding lifts.
• Daily checking of project reports for correct certification.
