Offshore Statutory Inspector – Wind Topsides

Job summary

OEG seeks a competent Statutory Inspector for the Topside Division to support offshore wind project inspections across the UK and Europe. The role is primarily offshore with daily offshore transfers and hybrid/onsite duties in the UK.

You will conduct LOLER/PUWER inspections, manage documentation, and contribute to safety and quality across projects. Engaging in reporting and continuous improvement, you will work in small teams of 2–5 staff to deliver inspections.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting statutory inspections and compliance.
• Familiar with LOLER, PUWER, PSSR and fire safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and reports.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes affecting the role.
• Follow instructions from management and attend performance reviews and training.
• Ensure security of client data and company property.
• Support initiatives to reach departmental targets and objectives.
• Conduct thorough inspections on offshore wind assets and related equipment.
