Job summary

Altrad are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead Fabric Maintenance and Repair Order activities across the hub(s) in the Oil & Gas sector, coordinating onshore Project Engineers and offshore Team Leads to deliver work safely, on time and to spec.

You will manage planning, costings and client communications, provide technical leadership on work packs, risk assessments and MOC, and ensure HSEQ compliance while developing the department's capability and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive FM & RO experience in Oil & Gas.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and data (P&IDs, PFDs).

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for FM & RO delivery across hubs.
• Lead onshore Project Engineers and offshore Team Leads; allocate resources.
• Act as main client contact for specifications, scope changes and delivery challenges.
• Lead readiness of planned work and ensure gate criteria are met.
• Maintain plan attainment and progress across hubs.
• Manage planning and commercial activities including costings and POs.
• Provide technical leadership for work packs, risk assessments, investigations and MOC.
• Develop department capability through training, competency, and compliance docs.
• Ensure QA/QC documentation is submitted to client systems and closed out.
• Lead weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual contract reporting with accurate logs.
• Support personnel development through training and PDRs.
