Job summary

Enshore Subsea Ltd. is seeking a Logistics & Stores Manager to lead the planning, movement, storage and control of equipment and materials across domestic and international operations.

The role covers offshore projects, vessel operations, asset management and compliance with trade and customs requirements. The role requires leadership of the Blyth stores team, collaboration with freight forwarders and contractors, and a proactive approach to HSE and continuous improvement within a complex subsea

Qualifications

• Experience in international project logistics and customs compliance.
• Experience moving large/heavy/high-value equipment internationally.
• Knowledge of UK/EU customs legislation and import/export procedures.

Responsibilities

• Logistics management: plan, coordinate and deliver domestic and international logistics incl. multimodal movements.
• Customs & international trade compliance ownership and SME on UK, EU and international requirements.
• Project cargo & marine logistics support with ports, vessels and marine contractors for offshore mobilisations.
• Stores & inventory management for Blyth stores, inventory accuracy and stock control.
• Commercial & supplier management of freight forwarders, brokers, transport contractors and warehousing providers.
• People management & leadership of logistics and stores team; provide guidance to wider business.
• HSE, risk & continuous improvement across logistics activities, risk management and compliance.
