Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review client contracts and offshore work scopes to identify deliverables and risks.
• Develop understanding of client Scope of Work and align execution strategies.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, Project Managers, and QA for effective collaboration.
• Select and manage offshore personnel ensuring certifications and safety standards.
• Oversee equipment testing and certification for offshore use.
• Coordinate logistics for offshore operations including travel and visas.
• Lead pre-mobilization meetings and risk assessments for smooth start.
• Capture and analyze client feedback to improve operations and satisfaction.
• Support invoicing by organizing project documentation.
• Maintain high safety awareness and promote quality and efficiency.
