First Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced HSE professional for an offshore assignment mobilising from Aberdeen on a 6-9 month contract inside IR35. You will provide guidance to the Drilling Supervisor and team to ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and regulatory requirements, and promote our safety culture offshore.

Your role includes leading HSES audits, coaching offshore management, reporting incidents, and coordinating with Synergi and COMET systems.

Competenze

• Detailed understanding of risk assessment and risk management processes.
• Strong collaboration, communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fully conversant with Synergi, COMET, and other HSES management systems.
• Understanding of Major Accident Prevention and the ability to identify and implement improvements.
• Must hold UK offshore certification.
• NEBOSH Diploma, BOHS Diploma in Occupational Hygiene, or equivalent qualification.
• Corporate membership of a recognised professional body with ongoing CPD requirements.

Mansioni

• Provide guidance to the Drilling Supervisor and team to ensure HSES compliance.
• Engage offshore workforce to promote safety culture.
• Ensure incidents are reported, investigated, and corrective actions tracked.
• Lead audits and work with Assurance Team to deliver programmes.
• Demonstrate visible safety leadership at the worksite and communicate with asset teams.
• Support offshore management with Synergi and COMET systems.
• Keep OIM and asset teams informed of regulations and best practice.
• Participate in emergency response activities.
