Job summary

RWE Offshore Wind is seeking an HSE Advisor to provide independent guidance on health, safety and environmental issues for the Rampion Team and management. You will support continual improvement and influence safe behaviours across the organisation.

Role involves offshore work in the UK, travel by crew transfer vessel, and passing an offshore medical with required GWO safety training. This is a great opportunity to join a global leader in offshore wind and contribute to a safer, more sustainable

Qualifications

• Experience as HSE professional in offshore wind environments.
• Able to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Good written and spoken English and offshore communication skills.
• Driving licence and willingness to travel offshore.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent, skilled HSE advice to Rampion Team and management.
• Support continual improvement and 'We Care' ethos across safety and wellbeing.
• Engage with operational teams to reduce risks and develop HSE culture.
• Liaise with departments to select, engage and monitor contractor HSE performance.
• Produce, review and update HSE documentation for offshore operations.
• Carry out regular onshore and offshore inspections and audits.
• Plan, run and record feedback on emergency drills and responses.
