Job summary

NES Fircroft seeks an experienced Project Manager to support the development and delivery of greenfield unmanned offshore assets in Aberdeen. The role is hybrid, with duties spanning engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and operational readiness.

Reporting to the Head of Projects, you will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining safety and quality. IR35 options apply; contract through 2032 with a long-term programme.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Engineering, Project Management or related discipline.
• Experience in offshore oil & gas projects.
• Experience delivering offshore engineering, construction or asset development.
• Strong understanding of cost management, planning and scheduling.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and contractor interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of projects associated with unmanned offshore assets.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and operations readiness.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, budgets and delivery strategies.
• Manage project performance against scope, schedule, cost and quality objectives.
• Ensure governance, risk management and effective contractor interfaces.
