Job summary

NES Fircroft seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of unmanned offshore assets from Aberdeen. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning to ensure readiness and safe delivery.

Reporting to the Head of Projects, you will manage plans, budgets, schedules and interfaces with contractors, suppliers and stakeholders, delivering projects on time, within budget and in line with objectives through a

Qualifications

Degree-qualified in Engineering, Project Management or related discipline.
Proven PM experience in offshore oil & gas sector.
Experience delivering offshore engineering, construction or asset development projects.
Strong understanding of project controls, cost management, planning and scheduling.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and delivery of projects associated with unmanned offshore assets.
Manage project activities through all phases from concept to handover.
Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, budgets and delivery strategies.
Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, contractors and vendors.
Manage performance against scope, schedule, cost and quality objectives.
Ensure effective governance and risk management throughout project delivery.
Prepare and present forecasts, progress reports and performance updates.
Build relationships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
