Job summary

UTEC, part of Acteon's Geo-services, is seeking a Project Engineer to deliver structural monitoring projects from concept through installation and commissioning at our Wokingham facility. You will coordinate across engineering, procurement, and production to ensure systems meet requirements and are delivered on time.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems Engineering or similar.
• Experience in a project or engineering delivery environment.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Experience with system testing and integration activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple projects from concept through to installation and commissioning.
• Act as the technical link between client, engineering, and delivery teams.
• Coordinate across functions to ensure systems are built, tested, and installed to a high standard.
• Lead technical discussions with clients and attend site visits as required.
• Support FAT/SFAT testing and oversee installation activities.
