Job summary

DMR Personnel Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented CAD Design Engineer to join our Norwich team. You will develop complex 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks, Revit, or other 3D CAD tools, supporting land agreements and project development.

Ideal candidates have a related engineering degree and can create accurate technical documentation. Exposure to offshore-related projects is a plus; strong communication and collaboration are essential, and this is an office-based role.

Qualifications

Education: ideally a HND or Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
Proficiency in SolidWorks, Revit, or other 3D CAD software.
Attention to detail with accuracy in technical documentation and drawings.
Strong communication to explain technical concepts to non-engineering stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop complex 3D models and detailed 2D drawings using SolidWorks, Revit, or other 3D CAD tools.
Prepare high-quality CAD and GIS drawings to support land agreements and planning applications.
Create digital simulations and physical prototypes to validate design performance.
Maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and manage design revisions.
