We're looking for an Office Support Assistant to join our Operations department on a 12 month fixed-term basis at our Bristol office. This role is a part of our Legal Support team who deliver a broad range of responsibilities including mail, courier services and a reprographic service.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and friendly team at the firm where you will have the opportunity to build relationships with a diverse range of colleagues, guaranteed to develop your skillset as you deliver a high quality internal service, contributing to the firm's success.
What you'll be doing:
- General post queries: ensuring all items of post received are scanned to the appropriate person, all hard copy post is placed in the correct post folder.
- Reprographics to include; Photocopying, binding, printing, scanning and laminating to meet standards set out in the operations handbook.
- Archiving and delivery of files
- Central pool of portable items procedures
- Making sure facilities areas are kept tidy and organised
What we're looking for:
- Experience working effectively in a team to deliver set objectives.
- Experience delivering work with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience delivering high quality customer service in a previous role
Manual handing is frequently involved in this role and shifts will vary between the hours of 8:30-7:00pm. This is fully based at our Bristol office due to the nature of the role.
