A leading international legal practice in Bristol is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their Real Estate department on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role involves high-level administrative tasks and working closely with PAs and legal teams, requiring excellent organizational and communication skills.
Role profile
We have a great opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to support our Real Estate department on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is based on-site in our central Bristol office, working from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
The Team
This position is within our central Business Support Team, but you will be aligned with the Real Estate department. The Real Estate support team comprises PAs and Legal Secretaries, and the position reports to the Real Estate Senior PA.
What you'll do
The main purpose of this role is to provide high-level administrative support to the PA and legal teams, as well as other areas of the business when requested. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
