Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, is seeking an Office Supervisor in Perth to lead the office team and deliver outstanding service to our elderly customers. You'll work with the Retail Sales and Operations Manager to drive performance, using CRM tools and maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.

The role is based at the Perth depot and involves coaching up to five staff, managing rotas, and ensuring targets are achieved through proactive leadership and hands-on support.

Qualifications

• Experience of leading a team up to 5 people.
• Must have a UK manual driving licence for at least 2 years.
• GCSE English and Maths with good written and oral skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the office based team to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Engage with the team to ensure targets are met and performance is monitored.
• Coach and support team members; manage rotas and holidays.
• Liaise with Depot Operations Manager to align with company strategy and opportunities.
• Use Dynamics CRM to grow the customer base and manage communications.
