We seek a self-motivated and proactive individual capable of performing physical tasks, including moving heavy furniture, to join our busy team. The Office Services department manages our in-house reprographics, postroom, and office management at our award-winning Operations Centre. Responsibilities include preparing meeting spaces, conducting office moves, and broader site management.
You will handle printing and reprographics for various departments within the Operations Centre and the wider business, manage incoming and outgoing post, parcels, and organize couriers.
Working hours are typically 7.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Excellent administration, communication, and customer care skills are essential to deliver high-quality, professional service.
You should work well independently and as part of a team, be flexible, and able to multi-task and act on your own initiative. Physical capability to perform demanding tasks is required.
