My client is a leading real estate development firm specializing in innovative mixed-use communities and residential projects. With a focus on sustainability and design excellence, they create vibrant urban spaces that exceed expectations while prioritizing environmental responsibility.

Person overview:

  • They are seeking a highly organized office administrator with a keen interest in real estate, looking to gain comprehensive insight into all aspects of real estate development.
  • This diverse role involves key duties including being the first point of contact for clients, contractors, and agencies, and providing excellent customer service and client management.

Key responsibilities:

  • Representing the company as the face of the office, including greeting visitors
  • Preparing meeting rooms to ensure a 5-star customer service experience
  • Managing general office conditions: ordering stationery, coffee, plant care, organizing appliance servicing, and tracking the company storage unit in Kings Cross
  • Coordinating with the IT support team and providing in-house IT support
  • Managing relationships with main suppliers, overseeing cleaning, waste management, and liaising with landlords
  • Assisting in social media management alongside external consultants
  • Managing office subscriptions
  • Answering phones, handling correspondence, complaints, and queries from the public
  • Providing administrative support to staff, including onboarding/offboarding, deck preparation, website updates, and staff training organization
  • Planning and organizing in-house events such as team building, Christmas parties, and project events
