The Job

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Part-Time Office Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of our office. The role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating office operations, supporting senior staff, and ensuring an efficient and professional working environment. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and confident in handling a variety of responsibilities. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make a meaningful impact in a flexible, part-time position.

The Person

Essential

  • Proven experience in office or business management.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of legal office procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and legal case management systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Desirable

  • Experience working within Northern Ireland's legal sector.
  • Familiarity with Law Society of NI regulations.
  • Knowledge of Lexcel, GDPR, and AML compliance procedures.
  • HR or legal administration qualification.
