An exciting opportunity has opened up for an Office Manager to join a dynamic and fast-growing financial services firm based in the West End.
The company is scaling rapidly, growing from 120 to 200 people this year and this role is central to keeping everything running smoothly as they expand.
As Office Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the office. From facilities and health & safety to supplier management and day-to-day operations, you’ll ensure the workplace is efficient, welcoming, and well-organised.
You’ll also lead a reception function, making sure every visitor and employee has a great experience from the moment they walk through the door.
We’re looking for someone who’s already thrived in a financial services environment and who’s confident managing change in a fast-paced, high-performing business with a minimum of a 100 employees. An IOSH or NEBOSH qualification is essential for overseeing health & safety responsibilities.
