Office Manager

Eurofins Electrical & Electronic UK Ltd is looking to recruit a proactive and organised Office Manager for our Southwest London laboratory (Postcode SW19 2QA). In this role, you will work alongside our operational and sales teams and be responsible for all day-to-day administrative support.

You will support the operational team and other stakeholders as we deliver excellent customer service, build relationships, and maximise opportunities to cross-sell and deliver our services.

Reporting to the Laboratory Business Manager, you will work with the test engineers and the sales team, supporting our customers as they look to design, develop and deliver compliant products to market.

As Office Manager, you will be responsible for a diverse range of general administrative and financial tasks associated with the laboratory. Key responsibilities include:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all incoming calls
  • Maintain records and monitor business KPI's
  • Manage data input to company CRM (HubSpot) related to the delivery of our services and chasing workflow
  • Act as Personal Assistant (PA) to the Laboratory Business manager
  • Manage receipt and dispatch of goods to customers
  • Provide IT skills liaising internally and externally to resolve basic IT queries
  • Liaise with external contractors to support building maintenance
  • Supervise part-time administrative support staff as appropriate
