As an Office Manager at SymphonyAI, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our London and Dublin offices, while also providing virtual support to other offices across the EMEA region. The role requires spending at least 4 working days per month in Dublin.
Your responsibilities include overseeing daily office administration, managing resources, coordinating meetings, and supporting diverse teams. You will organize office operations and procedures, manage internal and external communications, and maintain a positive work environment emphasizing organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. Additionally, you will handle office budgets, resolve administrative issues, and oversee onboarding for new employees.
