Introduction

JOIN US! We are seeking an Office Manager for our London-based team. As an Office Manager at SymphonyAI, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our London and Dublin offices, while also providing virtual support to other offices across the EMEA region. The role requires spending at least 4 working days per month in Dublin.

Your responsibilities include overseeing daily office administration, managing resources, coordinating meetings, and supporting diverse teams. You will organize office operations and procedures, manage internal and external communications, and maintain a positive work environment emphasizing organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. Additionally, you will handle office budgets, resolve administrative issues, and oversee onboarding for new employees.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience managing budgets and financial operations.
  • Familiarity with email scheduling tools and calendar management.
  • Availability to work in London, with at least 4 days per month in Dublin, and support regional offices virtually.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
